We offer an experienced in-house team of landscapers with several years of working together.
Max began his career in the 1980’s as a gardener working with two fashionable garden designers in London. He then decided to study and graduated with an honours degree and postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture from Birmingham Polytechnic in 1987. His experience ranges from the smallest town gardens to very large country estates, mostly in the UK, but also in Europe, the USA and Brazil.
Although trained as a landscape architect, Max quickly moved on to focus on design and build of gardens, which he has now been doing for over 30 years. He enjoys the creativity and flexibility of the design and build, hands-on approach and works with an in-house team of experienced hard and soft landscapers.
Inspiration comes from the formality and softness of traditional gardens combined with the drama of architectural plants. From this starting point any style of garden can be developed whether traditional or contemporary.
